According to the Consumer Protection Act (N. 2251/1994) customers have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of its receipt. The return of a product is accepted only if the product is in its original condition, the product packaging has not been opened or Unsealed, is not soiled or altered, or is in any condition other than its original and is not a product sold in moderation.
